Relocation Professional

(for independent field and office staff, mainly in Vienna / 40 hours)


  • Independent handling of customer appointments and official channels
  • Organize and conduct sightseeing tours (homefinding, efficient housing search and route planning) with clients and / or make preliminary visits
  • Housing and housing provisions (including defect and inventory list, logs, all registrations and re-registrations, ...), school and kindergarten search, driving license descriptions, car import
  • Reporting and documentation of the supervised projects (CRM program)
  • Various administrative and organizational tasks

Our requirements:

  • Several years of experience in the areas of assistance, customer service or field service, with a tourist background (for example, airlines, real estate agents, hotels, ...) or from the real estate industry
  • Excellent English and German skills (50% of our working language is English)
  • Good knowledge of the city of Vienna
  • Organizational talent, independent and precise working style
  • IT confident
  • Competent and confident appearance, good manners - our customers are very often from the top management (general manager / managing director)
  • Communication skills, high customer orientation, strong empathic capabilities,
  • Team spirit, reliability, flexibility,
  • Driving license B, good driving skills,
  • Own car not required
