"As an immigrant from Eastern Europe, I was allowed early, to make my experiences dealing with authorities. Personally I am sure that I would have saved a lot of time and stress if I had had a relocation agent on my side. It does not matter if a client visits Austria for a short time or remains for good; I always enjoy the chance to introduce our nice country. I am convinced that every country, every culture has something special and unique to offer. Vienna is special to me because of the variety of cultures living here. It is exactly this diversity that makes Vienna such a charming city where we have the opportunity to learn so much from each other."

Andreas Stieger, born in Upper Austria and raised in Germany and Salzburg, studied business law in Innsbruck after completing his technical training in Salzburg. He then worked in Malta for a long period of time. After returning to Austria, he worked at numerous Austrian courts before finally starting to train as a lawyer for several years. Having successfully passed the bar exam, he founded his law firm in early 2019.

Mag. Stieger has special expertise in residence and real estate law, which is why we have been cooperating with Mag. Stieger since 2018. He supports us and our customers especially in matters of residence and employment permits, tenancy law, and property purchases.

Together we have worked through numerous processes for our customers and brought them to a positive conclusion. Because now and then authorities represent a somewhat idiosyncratic legal opinion. A nice call or good coaxing from our employees is sometimes not enough. In such cases, our lawyer also intervenes for our customers and leads the "cause" of a solution in the interests of our customers.

A native of Hallein, Mrs. Hager strives to provide authentic insights and experiences off the beaten track. My Salzburg: visit the daily market “Grünmarkt” early in the morning, take a walk to the chamois on the Kapuzinerberg mountain and the labyrinth in the baroque Mirabellgarten, have a picnic in Hellbrunn, go for a bicycle ride alongside the Almkanal, admire the view from castle Hohensalzburg at night, and end the day by enjoying some great music in Jazzit, one of Europe’s best jazz clubs

My Hallein: explore a medieval gem without tourists, climb Dürrnberg mountain following the tracks of the ancient celts

My favourites: the culinary milestones of the region from Hangar7 to Balkan Grill, from Craft Beer to Guglhof, from the Mozartkugel to 220 Grad

My art and culture: from Sound of Music to Silent Night, from Salzburg Festival to traditional celebrations

Besides German, which is her first language, Lydia Hager also speaks English and French.
