  • Introduction to Vienna/Linz/Graz/Salzburg (presentation about apartment situation, parking, public transport, infrastructure, prices, lifestyle, dos and don´ts etc.)
  • Information about schools/kindergarten
  • Personal tour and visit of 2 properties that we have selected as per client requirements
  • Follow-up to all of the questions 

Accompanied Homefinding

1-day tour (up to 8 properties)

  • Personal Skype meeting to get to know each other
  • Preparing a list of requirements together with the client
  • Market research according to requirements and forwarding a pre-selection of appropriate apartments/houses
  • To arrange the visiting tour after approval of client
  • Presentation and explanation about all important topics of Vienna/Linz/Salzburg/Graz: Emergency numbers, public transportation, individual traffic (parking, Vignette, speed limits, garage, cars), tick immunisation, shopping on Sunday, medical care, waste separation etc.
  • Visiting tour in RANDOS company car based on a list of properties as chosen by the client
  • Second inspection of the right property

Unaccompanied Homefinding Assistance

  • Personal Skype meeting to get to know each other
  • Preparing a list of requirements together with the client
  • Market research according to requirements and forwarding a pre-selection of appropriate apartments/houses
  • To get in touch with owner/agent and arrange the visits after approval of client
  • To send the final list of up to 10 approved properties with address, contact of owner/agent and appointment for visiting tour

Temporary Housing

Apartment booking without visits with client:

  • Market research, information about location, layout of apartment and photos, booking, booking confirmation, check in information

Apartment booking with visits (up to 3 apartments):

  • Market research, information about location, layout of apartments and photos, visits in RANDOS company car, booking, booking confirmation, check in information

Check of rental contract by our attorney at law

  • Check of pre-contract (rental offer) and rental contract, negotiations with landlord

Utility registrations

  • Assistance with all registrations of gas, energy, internet, TV, house hold insurance, GIS (broadcasting fee)

Handover of property

  • Handling the take-over and setting up a protocol with the landlord to record the exact condition of the property
  • To organize the requested registration form signed by the landlord
  • To take the meters (energy, gas, water, heating) for registration with the service suppliers
  • To hand over all keys, protocol and information to the client
