The challenges are always the same: many visits to authorities, the search for a suitable accommodation, to find a school for the children, the car import, the transfer of the driver’s license and much more. For the successful completion you need competent advice and a partner in Austria who guides you through this process.
We at RANDOS successfully accompany corporate and private clients with empathy, competence and a solution-oriented approach.
What relocation service means and what we can do for you is explained by our mascot Pepper The Fox in this 1 minute video.

All persons who are resident in Austria can also receive a coronavirus vaccination free of charge in Austria and thus be vaccinated against COVID-19. This also applies to persons who have no Austrian social security number. The organisation as well as implementation of the vaccinations is carried out by the Federal States (Bundesländer). The coronavirus vaccination is voluntary.

“Wow, Renate! Not only you made my arrival in Vienna so easy and pleasant, now you (unexpectedly) made the departure the same way. 🙂
I can’t thank you enough. Your company and services will always have extreme praise from me, and I will continue to refer others to you. If there’s ever anything I can do for you here in Berlin, please don’t hesitate to let me know.”
“Alex, our Relocation Manager at Randos, was an absolute hero in making our move happen and helping us settle in to life in Linz.
As you can imagine, moving up from Serbia was pretty stressful, especially with the pandemic, and neither of us speaking German. But Alex gave us an incredible level of service and attention from day one – he always did more than expected and helped us with every tiny and not so tiny request we asked for. This took a huge amount of pressure and stress off our shoulders through a really hectic and challenging period.
It was incredibly reassuring and valuable to have him sort everything out for us so proactively and reliably. We’re super-grateful to Alex for making our moving experience so smooth.”

Navigating all the official and practical aspects of moving to a new country can be complicated, especially during these times of coronavirus. It has been enormously reassuring to have someone to turn to for expert advice and guidance. The members of the team have been so friendly and supportive throughout, and have often gone above and beyond to get me settled here. I would like to thank them very much, and I thoroughly recommend their services.”
